Bootblack Round-Up is a volunteer-run event that celebrates and uplifts Bootblacks in the leather, kink, and LGBTQIA+ communities. It’s a space for learning, service, fundraising, and connection.


All are welcome! Whether you’re a Bootblack, leather enthusiast, titleholder, or simply curious, we encourage community participation regardless of gender, experience level, or background.


Not at all! While we welcome Bootblacks, allies, spectators, and those curious to learn, everyone is encouraged to join.


Yes! The weekend features educational sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences led by experienced Bootblacks and leatherfolk.


Absolutely. We encourage participants to bring boots, leather, and kits. Some supplies may also be available on-site.


Registration is available on our website under the “Register” tab. Early registration is encouraged due to limited capacity.


Ticket prices vary depending on the package, but we strive to keep costs as low as possible. We also offer volunteer opportunities and scholarship support when available.


We work hard to ensure accessibility for all attendees. Please reach out if you have specific needs so we can best accommodate you.


A card gets authorized at check-in but isn’t charged until check-out. 


No, you don't have to stay at the Hotel to come to Bootblack Round Up, but we encourage you to.  But you need to register for the Event.


Yes, but they will have to register all of them, and you will have to specify the number of people per room, as they are also paying for Breakfast and dinner.

Yes! Volunteers are the heart of this event. Sign-up opportunities are listed on the site or announced via our newsletter and social media.


Bootblack Round-Up maintains a strict code of conduct prioritizing consent, safety, inclusivity, and mutual respect. Violations are taken seriously.


Yes but they will have to all register and you will have to say how many people per room as they are also paying for Breakfast and Dinner too!


BBRU is primarily an educational and social event. If there are play components or affiliated parties, they will be clearly labeled and consent-focused.
