Does the hotel charge people's cards for their stay at the time of booking, or at the time of the stay?

A card gets authorized at check-in, but doesn’t get charged until check-out!

Do I have to stay at the Hotel to come to Bootblack Round Up?

No you dont have to stay at the Hotel to come to Bootblack Round Up but we encourage you to. But you need to Register for the Event.

Can I have more then 2 people in a Room

Yes but they will have to all register and you will have to say how many people per room as they are also paying for Breakfast and Dinner too!
