Does the hotel charge people's cards for their stay at the time of booking or at the time of the stay?

A card gets authorized at check-in, but doesn’t get charged until check-out!

Do I have to stay at the Hotel to come to Bootblack Round-Up?

No you dont have to stay at the Hotel to come to Bootblack Round Up but we encourage you to. But you need to Register for the Event.

Can I have more than two people in a Room?

Yes but they will have to all register and you will have to say how many people per room as they are also paying for Breakfast and Dinner too!
