Bootblack Round-Up is scheduled from October 23-26, 2025, at the Maritime Conference Center in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore. The conference center can provide us with a special rate for hotel accommodations. All hotel rates include dinner, breakfast, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additionally, the conference center offers access to a pool, fitness center, and game room. The room rates are reasonable and are determined based on the number of occupants in the room to cover the costs of providing two meals (breakfast and dinner). The rates are "plus tax," with a total of 13% tax, including all state and local taxes. Single occupancy rooms are available starting at $131 per night (plus tax), while double occupancy rooms start at $158 per night (plus tax). The hotel can assist three or more occupants.
